Thank you for using the STUDIO D’ARTISAN website and online shop (hereinafter referred to as the “STUDIO D’ARTISAN Website”).
STUDIO D’ARTISAN INTERNATIONAL Co., Ltd. (STUDIO D’ARTISAN) and its e-commerce partner, Lingble Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter “Lingble” and “STUDIO D’ARTISAN” collectively referred to as “STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online” or ‘we’) provide services to users based on the notices, provisions, and conditions stipulated in these terms (hereinafter “these Terms”). These Terms apply when you use the STUDIO D’ARTISAN website and the services, applications, content, and products of STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of these Terms. Please review these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree to any of the terms of these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.
STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online reserves the right to modify the Site and these Terms at any time without notice.
Use of This Site
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or if you are between 13 and 17 years old, you are using this site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Subject to the terms of these Terms, STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license. This license permits you to display, access, and use the Site on your internet browser for the purpose of purchasing products sold on the Site, provided such use is not for commercial purposes or for the commercial purposes of a third party (except with STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online's prior express permission). Any violation of these Terms shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.
Except as expressly permitted in the preceding paragraph, you may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, rent, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise misuse the Site or any part thereof without the express written permission of STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online. Without STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online's prior express permission, you may not use any information provided on this site for commercial purposes or in connection with any other business. STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders.
This includes, but is not limited to, cases where STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online determines that a user has violated laws or regulations or is acting against the interests of STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online.
Users shall not upload, distribute, or otherwise publish through this site any content, information, or other materials that:
(a) infringe upon copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights (regardless of ownership);
(b) Content that is incomplete, false, inaccurate, or not owned by the user
(c) Content that is defamatory, threatening, libelous, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise subject to civil or criminal liability under U.S. or international law; violates any municipal, state, national, or international law; or does not conform to generally accepted Internet protocols
(d) Information or software derived from this site that is communicated, transmitted, or transferred (by any means) to a foreign country in violation of applicable export control laws and regulations
(e) Attempting to interfere with the operation of this Site or STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online's network or network security in any manner, attempting to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems using this Site, or otherwise containing harmful code or properties such as bugs, viruses, worms, trapdoors, or Trojan horses
STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online issues passwords and account IDs to users to enable access to and use of specific parts of this Site. When a user utilizes a password or ID, such access and use of this Site shall be deemed authorized in accordance with the terms of these Terms. STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online shall have no obligation to investigate whether such access and use of this Site is authorized or justified.
You are solely responsible for all access to and use of this site using the password and ID issued to you. This includes, but is not limited to, all communications and transmissions arising from such access and use, and all obligations (including, but not limited to, financial obligations), regardless of whether such access and use was actually authorized by you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of the issued password and ID. You shall immediately notify STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online of any unauthorized use of your password or ID, or any other breach or potential breach of this site's security.
Purchases on This Site
When you make a purchase on this site, you enter into a contract with STUDIO D’ARTISAN, not with Lingble. Lingble acts as an agent on behalf of STUDIO D’ARTISAN, the principal. You are not purchasing goods from Lingble. Lingble has been granted authority by STUDIO D’ARTISAN to enter into contracts on its behalf, but Lingble is not a party to the contract, and you are not purchasing goods from Lingble. If you are dissatisfied with the products or services received from STUDIO D’ARTISAN, please contact Lingble via email to customercare@shopdartisan.com. Lingble will then contact STUDIO D’ARTISAN on your behalf to attempt to resolve the issue.
If you use a specific payment method on this site, we may process the payment in a currency different from that of your financial institution, bank, card issuer, or payment processor (hereinafter referred to as the “Payment Processor”). As a result, your payment provider may use its own exchange rate when debiting the payment amount from your account, and additional foreign currency conversion fees or other transaction fees may apply. Please note that these fees are not imposed by us or the payment gateway we use, and we have no control over your payment provider. These fees and charges are your responsibility and will not be refunded by us. If you have any disputes regarding these fees, please contact your payment provider.
Billing
Please note that the fee charged at the time of purchase will appear on your billing statement under the merchant name “Lingble” or “Prospect Field”.
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you acknowledge and accept the fee charged by “Lingble” or “Prospect Field” as the valid fee at the time of purchase. To avoid future misunderstandings or potential disputes, we recommend noting this merchant name.

Purchase Restrictions
To ensure all customers can enjoy shopping and to allow as many customers as possible to purchase STUDIO D’ARTISAN products, STUDIO D’ARTISAN imposes purchase restrictions and does not permit the purchase of commercial quantities of products. STUDIO D’ARTISAN may also restrict orders placed using the same account, credit card, billing address, shipping address, or phone number. STUDIO D’ARTISAN reserves the right to restrict, cancel, or prohibit orders it deems to violate this policy. STUDIO D’ARTISAN may further cease transactions with customers who violate this policy. STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online may modify this policy at any time without prior notice. This policy applies to all purchases of STUDIO D’ARTISAN products, including but not limited to purchases made at all STUDIO D’ARTISAN retail stores, sample sales, wholesale and catalog sales, and on websites including this site.
Reviews and Comments
Unless otherwise specified in these Terms or on this site, all materials submitted or posted by users to this site and provided to STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online (including, without limitation, ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions, collectively referred to as “Submissions”) shall be treated as non-confidential information. STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online shall have the right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, rent, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions, free of charge, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable, by any means or in any form. All submissions automatically become the sole and exclusive property of STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online and will not be returned to the user.
In addition to the rights applicable to your submissions, by posting comments or reviews on this site, you grant us the right to use the name you submitted with such reviews, comments, or other content. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to any reviews, comments, or other content you submit to this site, and that STUDIO D’ARTISAN's use of such reviews, comments, or other content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. You may not use a false email address, impersonate another person, or otherwise mislead STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online or third parties as to the origin of any posting or content. STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online may, but is not obligated to, remove or edit any posting (including comments and reviews) for any reason.
Uploading Content
When uploading content such as photo files (hereinafter “Member Content”) to this site, you agree, grant, represent, and warrant that you have the irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and paid-up, worldwide license to STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online, its partners, affiliates, and their respective contractors and users of this site. This license does not grant STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online, its partners, affiliates, or their respective contractors the right to sell Member Content. This means that you, and not STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online, its partners, affiliates, or their respective contractors, are solely responsible for all Member Content that you upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available through this site or otherwise.
Security Policy
Violating the security of the system or network may result in civil or criminal liability. STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online reserves the right to investigate any such violations and may prosecute users involved in such violations or cooperate with law enforcement authorities for prosecution. Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of this site. Such actions include, but are not limited to:
• Accessing data not intended for users, or logging into Lingble, STUDIO D’ARTISAN International Co., Ltd. servers, or accounts for which you lack authorized access
• Attempting to demonstrate, analyze, or test system or network vulnerabilities; or attempting to bypass security or authentication procedures without formal permission (or succeeding in such attempts)
• Attempting to or actually interfering with the operation of this site, the provision of STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online services to other visitors, or the providers or networks used by STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online. This includes, but is not limited to: transmitting viruses to this site, overloading this site, “flooding,” “email bombing,” or “crashing”
・Forging or posting TCP/IP packet headers or any part thereof for emails or transmissions to this site
STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online strives to display products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, the colors of products displayed may vary depending on the user's monitor. Therefore, STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online cannot guarantee that the colors of products are accurately represented on the user's monitor. Products displayed may be out of stock or discontinued. Prices are subject to change and may vary depending on the purchaser's location and shipping destination.
STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online endeavors to provide accurate product and pricing information, but pricing errors or typographical errors may occur. STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online is not responsible for typographical errors regarding prices or other matters. STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online cannot confirm product prices until the user completes their order. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or information due to a pricing or product information error, STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel orders for those products. If a product price is incorrect, STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online may, at its sole discretion, contact the user to seek instructions or cancel the order and notify the user of the cancellation. If we contact you, you may choose to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you within 5 days, your order will be treated as canceled. In the event of cancellation, if payment for the product has already been made, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days after cancellation.
Order Acceptance
Please note that we may be unable to accept certain orders and must cancel them. STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online reserves the right, at its sole discretion and for any reason, to refuse or cancel any order. Orders may be canceled in the following situations:
・When the available quantity is limited
・When product or pricing information is inaccurate or erroneous
・When issues are detected by our credit and fraud prevention department.
We may also request additional verification or information before accepting an order. We will contact you if part or all of your order is canceled, or if additional information is required to accept your order.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are only valid if you follow the instructions and rules on the Returns and Exchanges page, and complete all steps outlined on that page. All items eligible for return must be in the exact condition you received them: tagged, unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original, unused packaging. Returns and exchanges must be initiated or requested within 10 days of the purchase date, and returned items must be received by STUDIO D’ARTISAN within 30 days of the purchase date (excluding delays related to customs clearance upon return to us). STUDIO D’ARTISAN reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above requirements. Any costs incurred as a result of failure to follow the return or exchange instructions on this site (including customs fees and taxes) will be deducted from the refund or credit amount. Upon acceptance of the return or exchange by STUDIO D’ARTISAN, we will notify the customer and proceed with either processing the refund, crediting the customer's account on this site, or shipping the replacement item. If STUDIO D’ARTISAN does not accept your return, we will notify you of the reason for refusal and reship the item to you. We are not responsible for the cost of reshipment if a return or exchange is refused. When returning an item, if taxes and import duties were included in the purchase price, they will be refunded to the user. If they were not included in the purchase price, the user is responsible for directly requesting a refund of any taxes or duties from their country's customs or other tax authorities.
Undeliverable Items
In some cases, the shipping carrier may return the item to us and deem it undeliverable. In such instances, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment or a refund. However, shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any other applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items are returned to us as undeliverable in the following situations:
• The address is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• The shipping carrier cannot recognize the provided delivery address
• Delivery was attempted but unsuccessful
• The recipient refused delivery
If you wish to reorder the item, you will need to place a new order. For inquiries, please contact us at customercare@shopdartisan.com.
Refund Processing
We typically initiate refunds within 1-2 business days after accepting a return, canceling an order, or for any other reason requiring a refund. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used by the customer to purchase the item, unless there is an explicit agreement to use another payment method at our discretion. Notwithstanding the above, all refunds will be made to the account holder's name on the original payment method, regardless of the payment method used. Please note that it may take additional days (approximately 10 business days) for the refund to appear in your account, and the timing may vary depending on the payment gateway's billing cycle (e.g., the credit card issuer's billing cycle) and your financial institution. If more than 10 business days have passed since we processed the refund in our system and it still hasn't appeared in your account, please contact your payment processor or financial institution.
Store credit refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after acceptance of a return, order cancellation, or other reason requiring a refund. Store credit will appear immediately in your STUDIO D’ARTISAN online account after processing. All store credit refunds are issued to the same account used for the original purchase.
Fair Use and Conduct Policy
To maintain business integrity and fairness, we monitor customer conduct (including but not limited to compliance with our Terms of Use, refund requests, conditions of returned products, fraudulent use of promotions, discounts, and abusive practices). Abuse of our policies, execution of unwarranted refunds, or returns of used items may be flagged. Such actions may result in changes to how we handle your account, including termination or refusal of future orders. The collection, arrangement, and assembly of all Content on this site (hereinafter referred to as “Compilations”) are the exclusive property of STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online. All software used on this site (hereinafter referred to as “Software”) is the property of Lingble or its software suppliers.
All Content, Compilations, and Software are protected by international copyright laws. Other logos, slogans, product names, or phrases are registered trademarks, trademarks, or service marks of Lingble, STUDIO D’ARTISAN, their suppliers, or third parties. The use of Lingble or STUDIO D’ARTISAN trademarks or service marks without specific written consent is strictly prohibited. Customs Duties and Taxes
Please be aware that all customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and consignment fees are the sole responsibility of the user. We include all applicable import taxes and duties in the final purchase price and ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis to most countries. However, if our initial calculation of import taxes and duties is incorrect and we are required to pay the difference, the user or recipient may be required to pay the difference to customs. Similarly, customs and tax authorities in countries where we cannot ship on a DDP basis may contact the user or recipient requesting payment of the calculated import taxes and duties upon import. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse the shipment due to unexpected import charges, the original shipping costs, commission fees, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs will not be refunded. Please also be aware that you are solely responsible for providing all information necessary for shipment. This includes any modifications or additions made to shipping labels or shipping documents on this website. We shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, under any circumstances for any delays, costs, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or related to false declarations, omissions, errors, or other information provided or edited by the user on this website for shipping and customs purposes, whether intentional or not. Any duties, taxes, fines, storage fees, or other charges incurred by us as a result of actions by customs or other government authorities, or as a result of the user or recipient failing to provide correct shipping destination information, will be billed to the user or recipient. If the recipient refuses to pay charges billed to them by us, the user agrees to pay such charges, along with our administrative fees and any other additional costs incurred by us. For customers in the United States, we do not collect sales tax or use tax. Unless specifically exempted, the user may be subject to use tax on purchases if the state imposes sales or use tax. Many states require customers to file a sales or use tax return at year-end listing all untaxed purchases made during the year. Consult your tax advisor or local tax authority for details.
Privacy Policy
Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms, the Privacy Policy of STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online applies to any personally identifiable information (such as name, email address, etc.) you provide on this site. Termination of Agreement and Effect of Termination
In addition to any common law or equitable remedies, STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online may terminate these Terms immediately without prior notice and revoke any or all rights granted to the User under these Terms. Upon termination of these Terms, the User shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site. STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online may, in addition to any common law or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all passwords and account IDs issued to the User and deny the User access to and use of all or part of the Site. Termination of these Terms shall not affect the rights and obligations of the parties (including payment obligations) arising prior to the date of termination.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online provides information on this website for the convenience of visitors. While STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online strives to provide accurate and timely information, technical inaccuracies, factual errors, or typographical errors may occur due to oversight. We reserve the right to modify or change this site at any time without notice. Products displayed on this site may not be available in your region. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online's total liability to you for any damages (regardless of the cause of action) shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online in the month immediately preceding the filing of any claim alleging liability by STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lingble, STUDIO D’ARTISAN INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD., and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:
• All claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your posting or transmission of materials on or through the Site (including any third-party claim that information or materials you provided infringe a third party's proprietary rights).
Arbitration
If any dispute described above is not resolved within 30 days after its occurrence, the parties agree that such dispute shall be submitted to arbitration by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and conducted in accordance with the arbitration rules of said institution in effect at the time of application. The award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
Governing Law
The validity, interpretation, enforceability, and performance of these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict of laws provisions.
Applicable Language
The applicable language for these Terms is English. These Terms were originally drafted in English and shall be interpreted solely in English. If you are reading these Terms in a language other than English, it is provided for your convenience only and is not binding. In the event of any conflict between the translated version and the English version of these Terms, the English provisions shall prevail.
Link Policy
STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online makes no warranties of any kind regarding other websites accessed from this site or via hyperlinks. Hyperlinks are provided solely for your convenience, and STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online does not represent or warrant the accuracy, availability, suitability, or security of information provided on other websites. STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online does not endorse or guarantee any products or services offered on this site by third parties or on behalf of third parties.
Remedies
You agree that statutory remedies for any violation or threatened violation of these Terms may be inadequate, and STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online may seek specific performance or injunctive relief (or both), in addition to any damages, including reasonable costs for dispute resolution such as attorneys' fees, to which STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online is legally entitled.
STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online's rights or remedies shall not exclude any other rights or remedies, whether in common law or equity, including damages, injunctive relief, and attorneys' fees.
The fact that STUDIO D’ARTISAN Online waives any right or remedy set forth in this clause shall not constitute an obligation to waive any similar, future, or other rights.
