The thermal fabric features a waffle-like texture on the surface, which traps air to enhance insulation. The original thermal material from D'Artisan is made denser than usual, resulting in a firmer finish that provides both strength and improved warmth. Additionally, the sewing is done using one of the few remaining rare Union Special four-needle flat seamers currently in operation.
